This programme focuses on quick interventions on behalf of people at risk of torture, inhuman and degrading treatment at different local authority levels, especially on behalf of those who have arrested or detained arbitrary, those who unjustly abused and those who are marginalized.
It also focuses on the protection of the people at risk and the empowerment of those who are viewed as victims.
This is done through field visit, press statement, open letters, phone calls, article, signing a petition, alert, call for actions, ……
