We are very clear and do engage ourselves to do all we can for the effective protection of Rwandan refugees in the Democratic Republic of Congo
We do regret that over the years since 1994 Rwandan refugees in DRCongo have been a political tool in order to advance political agenda in the region. We should do all that is possible to end this which started since 1994, and the best way is to promote their effective protection in order to promote peace in DRCongo.
